Not only is this soup delicious, but it’s also packed with nutrients, making it a nutritious choice that fits perfectly with a keto lifestyle. With wholesome ingredients like chicken, bone broth, tomatoes, and a flavorful blend of spices, you’ll enjoy a satisfying meal that’s low in carbs and high in protein. This soup is a great way to keep dinner both healthy and enjoyable for the whole family.
This Keto Chicken Taco Soup is a family favorite in our house, and it’s incredibly simple to make. My kids love helping out with this recipe because it’s as easy as adding everything to the crockpot, setting the timer, and letting the slow cooker work its magic. A few hours later, you have a warm and flavorful soup that’s perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends.
One of the best things about this soup is how customizable it is. We love to top ours with shredded cheese, guacamole or avocado, sour cream (or grass-fed plain yogurt for an even healthier twist), chopped onions, and fresh cilantro. You can easily mix and match toppings based on what you have on hand, making it versatile enough to please everyone in the family.
